Greater Kingsport Kennel Club Board meeting Monday, July 23, 2018 at Bays Mountain Shelter #28 was called to order at 5:30 PM by President, Ben Gibbs.

Board members present Ben Gibbs, Rhonda Gibbs, Brenda Grable, Pierce Massey, Pam Miller, Val Currier, Kim Williams, Trudy Price, and Sherry Crossley.

Minutes for June 25, 2018 approved as presented.

Treasurers report approved as presented.

Obedience and rally chair reported on judges.

Second Vice President discussed potential programs.

Kim Williams discussed Scent Work Trial. Kim made a motion that she be granted approval to seek AKC approval for GKKC to hold Scent Work Trials and Sherry Crossley seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved by the board.

DeAnna and Andrew Moore were recommended for general membership.

Meeting adjourned at 5:55 PM.
