Greater Kingsport Kennel Club General Meeting was called to order at 6:35pm on Monday, June 28, 2021, at Appalachian Fairgrounds by President, Trudy Price.

 Members present were Barbara Salberg-Richman, David Richman, Pam Miller, Brenda Grable, Andrew Moore, Debbie Sullivan, Pam Jones, Lloyd Graser, Lisa Graser, Judy Pinkevich, Val Currier, Joe Currier, Kim Williams, Donna Hamm, Pamela Bradbury, Trudy Price, Sheila Leonard, Carrie Hodges, and Julie Webster.

 Guest present were Bill Parrott and Sandra Parrott (bill.parrott@yahoo.com).

 General Meeting Minutes and Board Minutes from May 24, 2021 were approved as read.

 Treasurers Report was approved as read.

The show committee reported that the contract for May 2022 was ready and Boy Scouts services are lined up for the May 2022 show. The trophy chair needs to be filled per conformation show chair.

There was discussion of changing the venue for the annual GKKC Picnic due to weather and COVID concerns. Voting was unanimous by Board Members for change of venue for the annual picnic. Additionally, there was discussion of the GKKC storage shed and the possibility of organizing and cleaning out the unit via the use of renting a dumpster.

Membership applications were read for the 1st reading of Bill Parrott and Sandra Parrott . Additionally, 2nd reading of Membership application for Brooke Salyer. 

The annual picnic will be held on July 26, 2021, at the Appalachian Fairgrounds.
