Meeting was called to order @7:40 PM by Darlene Robbins, acting president until Elaine Taylor arrived.

Members present were Charlotte Ryan, Dee Wildenstein, Karen Riddle, Brenda Grable, Gayle Green, Ben Gibbs, Rhonda Gibbs, Pam Jones, Trudy Price, Judy Pinkevich, Darlene Robbins, Elaine Taylor.

Treasurer’s report was passed out by Gayle Green

Show expenses and income was discussed

Gayle Green asked to email campers to hold RV spots for them and have they pay a deposit or pay in advance.

Stewards and vendors did not pay to park campers and we need to address this, as they get paid by the stewards association and vendors do business during the show.

We also discussed not doing the Moon Pies and RC cola since it did not go over as well this year

Next year we need to add owner/handler competition to the premium to help boost entries. One of our exhibitors mentioned that we might also advertise in the premium that we offer an air conditioned grooming building and that might also be a plus to boost entries.

The standing rules need to be addressed to amend the qualifications for membership.

Elaine read the minutes from the March and April meetings. March minutes were approved by Darlene Robbins and seconded by Brenda Grable. April minutes were approved by Charlotte Ryan and seconded by Rhonda Gibbs.

Nominations were read by Elaine Taylor motions from the floor. none received.

Nominations were closed to be voted on at the June meeting.
