Minutes from the meeting on Monday, Nov 23rd 2015

 Meeting was called to order at 7:37 PM

 Members in attendence were Rhonda Gibbs, Ben Gibbs, Kim Williams, Trudy Price, Judy Pinkevich, Pam Jones, Glynnis Littlewood, Cindy Hintz

 Judy Pinkevich was acting recording secretary

 Minutes from the last meeting were approved as read

 Treasurer’s report: Only new item was a bill for the website posted for $225.00

 Show report : Premium list has to be out before Jan 8th

 Kim Williams reported that the $1000.00 raised at the agility match in Oct could be donated to a regional trailer for the AKC disaster relief foundation, or we could hold onto the funds and try to get some other local clubs to go in with us and fund our own trailer for this area. We would also have to find somewhere to store the trailer if we did that. 

 Judy Pinkevich  reported that Darlene was called by the manager of the storage units that the lock was off the storage unit. The unit was inspected and nothing seemed to be missing so Darlene replaced the lock. 

 Glynnis contacted AKC about lure coursing fun runs at our conformation show, but was not able to get any information. Judy Pinkevich said she would contact Western Reserve Kennel Club, who Pam Jones said had fun runs at their show.

 Christmas Party is to be held on December 18th at 6:30 PM at the Red Mezze  Cafe (formerly Mediterranean Gardens.
