Greater Kingsport Kennel Club General meeting Monday, September 23, 2019, at Appalachian Fairgrounds was called to order at 7:02 PM by President, Darcy Kallus.

Members present were: Rhonda Gibbs, Ben Gibbs, Kim Williams, David Richman, Barbara Salberg-Richman, Brenda Grable, Pam Jones, Valda Currier, Joe Currier, Sherry Crossley, Walter Crossley, Sheila Leonard, Julie Webster, Andrew Moore, DeAnna Moore, Michelle Kruger, Kendalyn Kruger, Sandy Alexander, Debbie Sullivan, Pierce Massey, Trudy Price, Karen Riddle, Darcy Kallus, Craig Kallus, Jan LeBlanc, Charlie LeBlanc, and Diane Bauman.

Visitors present were: Laura Freeman, Rhiannon Freeman, Donna Hamm, Pamela Bradbury, Mitch Fishlowitz, Cherrie Fishlowitz, Diane Ranaldo, and Pamela McDonald.

General meeting minutes from the July 22, 2019, were read and approved.

Treasurer’s report was accepted and approved as presented.

A Committee report by Pam Jones reports the judging panel has been approved and discussed trophy donations for Obedience, Rally, Conformation and breed specific donations for the May 2020 Confirmation show. Trophy chair will be sending an email asking for trophy donations.

The agility trial committee reports there will be an agility trail held October 11, 12, and 13.

Applications submitted by Chris & Jane Bowman, Lindsey McCurry, and Stacey & Johnathon Hubbard were read for the first time at the September 23, 2019 meeting.

The GKKC will be sponsoring our Fall Potluck Dinner on October 28, 2019. We will have pizza and potluck at this meeting.
