GKKC General Club Meeting on 9/26/16 at Appalachian Fairgrounds was called to order by Ben Gibbs, President, at 7:32 PM.

Members present were: Ben Gibbs, Rhonda Gibbs, Tom Kirstein, Joe Currier, Val Currier, David Richman, Barbara Salberg-Richman, Trudy Price, Kim Williams, Glynis Littlewood, Darlene Robbins, Darcy Kallus, Judy Pinkevich, Mary Sparks, Sherry Crossley, Walter Crossley, Craig Kallus, Karen Riddle, Brenda Grable, and Sheila Leonard.

Guests present were: Pierce Massey and Stephanie Haubrich

Minutes from the June 2016 meeting were re-read as requested by the note taker. Robert’s Rules pertaining to contents of minutes were read and discussed.

Minutes from the July 2016 meeting were read and approved as corrected.

Treasurer’s report was accepted and approved as presented.

Committee reports were given on both the May conformation show and October agility show.

Rhonda Gibbs made a motion to purchase Flexi-Plus Five Directors and Officers Liability Insurance from Equisure, Inc. for $1,071.00. The motion was seconded and passed.

Pierce Massey and Pam Brownlee were unanimously voted into the club.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
