October 2021 General Meeting Minutes

GKKC Regular Meeting on October 25, 2021, was called to order at 6:34 p.m. by President Trudy Price.

Members present: Brenda Grable, Glynis Littlewood, Debbie Sullivan, Judy Pinkevich, Rhonda

and Ben Gibbs, Trudy Price, Kim Williams, Val and Joe Currier, Donna Hamm, Pamela

Bradbury, Pam Miller, Bill and Sandra Parrott, David and Barbara Salberg-Richman, Katie

Smiley, Carrie Hodges, Phyllis Portera, Greg Rodgers, Michelle Kruger, Kendalyn Kruger,

Karen and Ron Schavrien.

Guests present: Brian King (bmking31@comcast.net) and Karen Smith (rebelpride@chartertn.net).

Minutes of the September 27th meeting were read and approved.

Brenda Grable gave the Treasurers report.

Committee Reports:

Katie Smiley reported that the October Agility Trial was well-received at the new venue, Ron

Ramsey Agricultural Center.

Judy Pinkevich reported for the October FAST CAT had approximately 100 entries per day and

for the upcoming May FAST CAT the footing area may have to be addressed.

New Member applications were read for the first time for Pam McDonald, Karen Smith, Dannie

Lee, and Cora Thomas. The second reading of membership application for Laura and Rhiannon

Freeman.

The GKKC storage shed has been vandalized a 3rd

time and discussion took place about renting a

new storage shed at a different location. The club voted unanimously to rent a larger storage shed

at a new location. We discussed the removal of unwanted items from the existing storage

location.

The Christmas party will be at held in a private room at Bella Vita in Johnson City on December 8th

at 6pm. Appetizers will be provided by the club.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
