GKKC Board Meeting on 02/27/17 at Appalachian Fairgrounds was called to order by Ben Gibbs, President, At 7:00 PM.

Board members present were: Rhonda Gibbs, Ben Gibbs, Tom Kirstein, Val Currier, Kim Williams, Trudy Price, Brenda Grable, Darlene Robbins, Dee Wildenstein, and Glynis Littlewood .

January 23, 2017 board minutes were read and approved as presented.

Treasurer’s report was accepted and approved as presented. Ben addressed questions from the January board meeting on the Raymond James statement.  We have 2 brokered CD’s (which means different banks can buy them during their term) as follows:

$10,000 @ 1.9%, thru 04/20

$50,000 @ 2.0%, thru 11/18

Judges committee met and discussed judges for future conformation shows.

Patrick Pelletti was recommended by the board to be voted on for general membership at the February 27, 2017 general meeting.
