GKKC General Meeting on January 23, 2023, at the Gray Community Chest Building and was called to order by Benn Gibbs, President at 6:37 PM.

Members present were: Barbara Salberg-Richman, David Richman, Kimberly Williams, Karen Smith, Brian King, Carrie Kruska, Judy Pinkevich, Brenda Grable, Rhonda Gibbs, Ben Gibbs, and Dannie Lee.

Visitors present were Jean Ponstingle, Diane Sobel-Meyer, Joy Ellis, and Beth Kortze.

December 7, 2022, minutes were approved as presented.

Treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.

May 2023 show topics discussed: Show premium is currently in the edit stage.

GKKC Member Diane Bauman will be presenting, Meet the Breeds: Afghan Hounds, at the February 2023 meeting.

Judy Pinkevich reports that there will be additional days of FAST CAT being offered in October 2023.
Discussion of the proposed meeting space occurred. Rhonda Gibbs made a motion to change Standing Rule #1 to the “Properties in the area of the Tri-Cities” rather than the “Vicinity of Tri-Cities”. The motion was seconded by Dannie Lee. Rhonda Gibbs will schedule the rest of the meetings for the rest of the year at the Gray Community Chest for the GKKC General Meetings.
