Meeting was called to order at 6:06pm.

Members present were Carrie Hodges, Val Currier, Andrew Moore, Brenda Grable, Debbie Sullivan, Barbara Salberg-Richman, and Trudy Price.

There was discussion of changing the venue for the annual GKKC Picnic due to weather and COVID concerns. Voting was unanimous by Board Members for change of venue for annual picnic.

Additionally, there was discussion of the GKKC storage shed and the possibility of organizing and cleaning out the unit.

Meeting ended at 6:35pm.
