Meeting was called to order at 5:56pm by Andrew Moore, President.

Previous GKKC Board Minutes were approved as read.

2nd reading for membership application for Teresa Salyer which was read and approved by the Board.

Discussion of public awareness for the Canine Respiratory illness.
Not enough interest for the Kingsport Christmas Parade entry from the GKKC Club.
