GKKC Board Meeting on 09/25/17 at Appalachian Fairgrounds was called to order by Ben Gibbs, President, At 6:37 PM.

Board members present were: Rhonda Gibbs, Ben Gibbs, Trudy Price, Brenda Grable, Darcy Kallus, Pierce Massey, Barbara Salberg-Richman, and Darlene Robbins.

June 26, 2017 board minutes were read and approved as presented.

Treasurer gave updated total of $1,752.58 profit for the May show. Treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.

Discussion was held regarding having FASTCAT entry fees made out to GKKC after November 2017. Discussion was tabled for a future meeting.

Pam Miller’s application was read and the board approved it to go to the general club meeting for election to membership.

The president made a motion to have 2 obedience shows indoors on May 18, 2018 after discussion of additional expenditures of $500 for the building and $1,000-$1,800 for MBF. The motion passed unanimously.
