GKKC General Meeting on September 27, 2021, at Appalachian Fairgrounds was called to order by Trudy Price, President, at 6:33 PM.

Members present were:  Kim Williams, Trudy Price, David Richman, Barbara Salberg-Richman, Brenda Grable, Diane Bauman, Judy Pinkevich, Phyllis Portera, Greg Rodgers, Pamela Bradbury, Sheila Leonard, Pam Jones, Sherry Crossley,  Carrie Hodges, and David Richman

Visitors present were: Danielle Lee, Karen Smith, Pam McDonald, Bill and Sandra Parrott.

July 26, 2021, general meeting minutes were read and approved as presented.

Treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.

Scentwork chair discussed the September trial which earned $3500. The future 2022 Scentwork chair will be Rhonda Gibbs.

A motion was presented recommending we donate $500 to Take the Lead, Inc. in leu of the funds for the annual potluck being cancelled due to COVID.

Laura and Rhiannon Freeman’s application was read for the first time.

The board recommended Bill and Sandra Parrott’s  application for membership. A vote was taken, and Bill and Sandra Parrott were unanimously voted in as members.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
