The show chair mentioned that better signage is needed for exhibitors, especially regarding grooming. Also, poop disposal buckets and signage is needed in dog walking areas.

Parking fees were discussed.
Boy Scout duties and contract were discussed. They didn’t show up on Sunday and had to be called and asked to show up. They didn’t pick up poop and the fairgrounds complained about it. Darlene Robbins to contact Boy Scouts and discuss duties and a reduced fee, since they are not working obedience and the fairgrounds also removed some of their duties. Darlene will bring the revised amount back to the club along with a proposed contract. The club will decide if the Boy Scouts will be used in 2019, or if another group will be used.
Fairest of the Fair presented trophies for 2018 and will be asked back for 2019, since it was such a huge success with exhibitors and judges.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM
